Our customer is a leading Danish company within food production/FMCG with manufacturing facilities in a number of countries. One of the segments, comprising 3 factories, is not performing to the required standard. In order to rectify this, the Management has formulated an efficiency program involving a number of projects throughout the value chain, but with focus on the production.
The Project Manager will be overall responsible for further planning and the execution of the programme. The programme comprises around 10 projects spanning from raw material procurement through production to sales. The Interim Manager will be responsible for some of the projects while others will be the driven by the company’s COO. All work will be carried out in close cooperation with the management group of the company. The programme is fairly complex and involves many stakeholders.
The right candidate is a very experienced manager/project manager who can document good results from similar jobs/assignments. The experience may have been gained as CEO of a company, CCO, division manager, PMO manager or similar:
