The leading global interim and transitional management organisation takes its offering to the next level

WIL Group (Worldwide Interim Leadership), which delivers global interim and transitional management solutions to clients around the world, continues to expand, recently appointing three new member firms across Europe.

The new businesses to join the organisation are GroNova in Switzerland, Mandaat in The Netherlands, and Michaël Berglund Interim in Sweden.

Sweden: Michaël Berglund Interim

Since 1985, Michaël Berglund AB has become one of Sweden’s leading executive search consultancies. Its interim practice started in January 2013, with a real focus in FMCG, industry and technology.

Jonas Koch, head of interim at Michaël Berglund, says: “Our main reason for joining WIL Group is to be able to assist Swedish companies to find new candidates abroad. We also believe that being part of the organisation will help to open doors to prospective new clients.”

Netherlands: Mandaat

Mandaat started 16 years ago in the Netherlands. The company has a strong focus on ‘looking for the perfect match between organisations and people’, supporting restructuring work, and helping to implement change.

Janco Duvekot recently joined the firm to focus on international growth. He comments: “Many of our clients have subsidiaries, which often experience managerial issues abroad. Being part of WIL Group is invaluable – providing our clients with access to a high quality, international talent pool.”

Switzerland: GroNova

GroNova, which was established in Switzerland in 1998, recently merged with Management Angels in Germany. The company is focused on the area of transformational management, with a strong industrial base.

Andrea Suter, managing director, says: “All of our clients are international, and working with WIL Group opens up a new network of opportunities for us. We can now provide support from China to the US. Already our clients are beginning to see benefit, with one of them being supported by our Australian WIL Group partner.”

Patrick Laredo, chairman of WIL Group, adds: “We are delighted to welcome our new member firms, each one was carefully selected for their strong credentials. Their involvement means that our clients now have full European coverage when it comes to their executive interim management needs.

“Moreover, beyond strict executive interim management, the new members also come with transformation management competencies that make WIL Group’s client services globally unique.”
